Okay, here I go. 

Finding out that Takeyuki Yue’s (The actor who plays the man Takeru is carrying) height is 182cm, taking video moving at 24 fps, Ghost moves about half of Takeyuki’s height per frame. Since he’s about as tall as the sign and Takeru moves half the sign’s length i think it’s safe to say that he moves half the height of Takeyuki.

91cm per frame times 24fps gives us a velocity of 78.6 km/h, or around 50mph. Knowing that, we now need to figure out how quickly you decelerate to zero.

1 frame, or 1/24th of a second.

The rest is really, really easy. Just do some quick division and the force you experience is...

100gs is the deadly limit for most humans. And this is 11x that.

That’s more than enough power to pull all of your blood into your head, bursting blood vessels and giving you an immediate stroke and that’s not to mention the shock damage to the rest of your body and internal organs as they suddenly experience the equivalence of 1173x the Earth’s gravity all pulling you up in an instant, snapping your shins, bursting your bladder, rupturing your heart and overall giving you a really, really, bad headache.

And Takeru’s legs are operational less than a minute later.
